  • Robust and highly productive mobile scalpers

Our mobile scalping screens are as user-friendly as they are productive. Designed for minimum user intervention, our mobile scalpers feature an intuitive control system and full radio remote control capability. A unique color-coded control panel enables one-touch start and stop.

Our mobile scalpers are ideal complements to our mobile crushers, since they are engineered to handle the same abrasive material and can be put to work before or after a crusher. We offer a comprehensive range of screen media to complement our mobile scalping product range.

  • Sandvik mobile scalping screens – engineered to exceed

We've developed an intimate understanding of your everyday challenges from the years we've spent out in the field, and our mobile scalpers are engineered to help you overcome them.

Our QE series includes a mobile scalper for every application. The ultra-compact Sandvik QE141 is the ideal multipurpose scalper for large infeed material. Sandvik QE241 is our compact heavy-duty scalper, with a small operating footprint that enables easy transport and a double-deck screen box that ensures peak screening efficiency. The advanced Sandvik QE342 is purpose-built for recycling and quarrying, featuring a wide hopper opening, aggressive screen box and oversize conveyor to handle your toughest infeed material. Our powerful Sandvik QE442 is engineered for your most robust infeed material, with its fines conveyor alone capable of handling up to 900 metric tons per hour. The free-flow variant of Sandvik QE442 is a highly-efficient mobile solution for high-moisture, tough-to-screen materials, since it avoids plugging or blockages that can occur with traditional screens.

  • WX-Range of screen media

Now you no longer have to choose between the high accuracy of wire media and the durability of rubber screens. The Sandvik WX-Range of rubber media is now available for Sandvik tracked range of mobile screening and scalping equipment.

Tailor made for the required specification, there are three different types of media within the WX-Range available for mobile equipment. These cover a wide range of applications from fine to medium, to coarse, and more difficult applications; the WX6000, WX6500 and WX7000 respectively. All are dependable, flexible screening solutions offering up to 10 times longer wear life. They are lighter and safer to handle and have a low environmental impact. There is a 50% noise reduction compared to wire mesh.
