Process audits

Are you getting the best from your crushing and screening operation? It can be difficult to identify which processes are under-performing and even harder when you are very familiar with your plant. The solution is to have your plant assessed by genuine experts.

With our Process audits, you can have Sandvik process experts thoroughly assess your crushing and screening operations. They have extensive experience of the challenges your face, and they also have the solutions and procedures to address them, through step-wise recommendations and action plans. If there are any issues, Sandvik’s experts will have seen them before and will have fixed them before.

On-site evaluation

Process Audits examine your entire plant or mine in search of inefficiencies and productivity shortfalls. They are undertaken by a team of Sandvik experts during a site visit.

All your machinery will be evaluated and graded. Both the condition of the machinery and its settings will be analyzed, along with any data that you provide. We will also evaluate the plant surroundings, to see if there are any external factors that could be inhibiting your productivity.

Prior to our arrival at your site, we will ask you to send us some raw material samples. These will be tested, if required, to ensure that you have the correct machinery and settings for the tasks they’re performing.
