The unique design feature that sets apart the High Reduction Concave is a shelf near the top of the concave. You can see it in this image:
This increases the pressure in the crushing chamber, offering up to 10% more final product compared to conventional designs, and up to 19% less recirculating load. It’s an altogether more efficient crushing circuit.
It’s part of a short chamber solution, designed for finer applications – tertiary or final crushing stages.
