Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions, a leading provider of stationary crushing and screening solutions, hosted its North America dealer meeting in southern Florida on January 31 and February 1, 2024. There were over 50 participants overall, with representatives from distributors from Canada and the USA
Sandvik management provided strategy, business and organizational updates. The event also included informative presentations including product development, digitalization, aftermarket, training, logistics and marketing. The workshop sessions provided feedback on current products and solutions, and market insights such as trends in the industry and market outlook.
Raphael Carmona, VP Sandvik Rock Processing North America, says: “We are delighted at the turnout and level of engagement received. We got to lay out our innovations to our dealers and discuss with them how to best serve our customers together.”
The theme of this year’s meeting was “Delivering value together”. “These face-to-face interactions are very important to keep strengthening our partnerships”, adds Carmona, “this also goes for the networking and collaboration among our dealers. They place a lot of value on the quality interactions they can have with other distributors”
