Modular screens that don’t believe in downtime

SL Horizontal screens

Our new SL Linear Motion Screens are designed for accurate secondary screening and final sizing, as well as scalping ahead of crushers in mining applications. SL screens are an ideal choice in conditions where the height is limited by surrounding facilities, for screening small and short fractions, and when heavy material is loaded on the screen. With a wide variety of options and maximized adjustability these screens can be optimized to each application.

SJ Inclined screens

Our new SJ Circular Motion Screens are specially designed for extra heavy-duty, medium and fine screening applications. This inclined screen is ideal for use screening after primary and secondary crushing, as a splitter screen to divide flows within a plant, and for final screening of a finished fraction. With a wide variety of options and adjustability these screens can be optimized to each application.

SA Inclined screens

Our SA Circular Motion Screens are specially designed for heavy-duty, medium and fine screening applications. This inclined screen is ideal for screening after primary and secondary crushing, as a splitter screen to divide flows within a plant, and for final screening of a finished fraction. Availability of options make these screens suitable for most of the applications.

Sandvik screening media for almost any application

Sandvik screens are delivered with Sandvik media, such as the WX6500 polymer alternative to wire that gives you the wear performance of the former, and the convenience of the latter. All Sandvik media has been designed and tested in coordination with screen development, ensuring optimal compatibility that translates to longer wear, less downtime for changes and maximum productivity.

A modular screening media of polyurethane with molded apertures primarily for fine to medium coarse screening in wet applications with a separation between 1-31.5 mm and a maximum feed size of 100 mm.

WN6000 & WN7000H Screening media

A modular screening media of rubber with punched or molded apertures primarily for fine to medium coarse screening in dry applications with a separation between 10-63 mm and a maximum feed size of 150 mm.

WN4000 & WN5000 Screening media

A modular screening media of soft rubber with punched or molded apertures, primarily for fine screening in difficult conditions, with a separation between 2-16 mm and a maximum feed size of 50 mm.
