Modular Self-Cleaning Ropes minimize blinding, clogging and pegging on screen decks, thereby further increasing the efficiency and uptime of your screening operation.

Easy to install, the self-cleaning ropes consist of a combination of five modular elements; a mount, fixed rope, floating 3-way junction, connector weights and separators. The number of ropes and elements required is determined by the width and length of the screen deck.

These packages are ideally suited to lower screen decks on QE scalper products and middle and lower decks on QA screen products. Each flexible rope is anchored to the underside of the preceding screen deck. They require no energy to operate, instead utilize the screens movement and bounce and vibrate on top of the screen deck helping to alleviate blinding, clogging and pegging. Best suited for products featuring flexible self-cleaning type mesh panels.
