Schenck Process, with modern manufacturing facilities in Melbourne and Perth (Australia), has built its expertise on almost 100 years of supplying screening equipment to the mining industry. We use a state-of-the-art injection molding process to manufacture our high-quality Screenex® polyurethane and rubber modular panel systems.
Screenex® rubber panels are used for impact and abrasion resistance, from medium duty right through to the heaviest impact applications.
Screenex® polyurethane panels are known for their versatility, accuracy of product sizing and long life when screening fine to medium particles in wet or dry situations.
Screenex also offers a wide range of specifically developed screening panels for challenging applications such as our Flexi Rubber panel for high moisture and dry screening and our Ceramex and Steelex panels for high abrasive wear.
Our innovative Pipetop system, in either Polysnap or pin fixing systems, allows us to offer the highest open area of any panels in the industry.
