SH Reciprocating plate feeders
SH reciprocating plate feeders are hydraulically operated machines ideal for primary applications with large volumes, high drop heights, or where large dump trucks are used.

SH Reciprocating plate feeder
The SH reciprocating plate feeder is designed especially for heavy-duty feeding applications for the mining industry but also for mineral processes as well as quarries. This product family has a robust reciprocating plate powered by a hydraulic cylinder, which causes no vibration.
Their maximum capacity range is 300-1,250 m³/h, depending on the size of the feeder and feed hopper design.
The SV feeder includes base frame, moving plate, side skirts with sealing system, hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic power unit (HPU). The HPU is installed nearby the feeder as standard but optionally by request can be placed at a relatively far distance from the feeder,if necessary.
Feeders for primary applications are base mounted and installed horizontally as standard. The dump/feed hopper shall be designed with inclined side walls to achieve the maximum output capacity. The hopper is usually designed and supplied by others. For truck loading applications (commonly used in underground mines), special feeders with integrated hopper including ahydraulically openable gate at discharge end, are available.
SH reciprocating plate feeders are easily implemented in automatic processes. The HPU includes connection terminals for controlcables, which enables capacity adjustments by plant’s existing PLC/SCADA system.
