Sandvik CH420 cone crusher and QA451 doublescreen at Helmbacher quarries, France
As a direct result of the construction of the western bypass of Strasbourg in France, Ballastières Helmbacher's demand for aggregates has significantly increased compared to 2019. In order to meet these new production requirements, the customer asked Sandvik to design a movable crushing and screening plant that could support the new production goals.
To meet this challenge, Sandvik worked with a local partner, integrating a CH420 crusher into a fully movable plant, which is now working alongside a tracked QA451 Doublescreen to screen the material, which combined, meet the customer's need for mobility and high productivity.
